Our practice incorporates play, art, sand tray, Animal Assisted Thetraditional talk therapy, to accommodate different personalities and issues. You help choose what feels most comfortable for you.  We provide individual, family and couples therapy. 

We work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, issues adjusting to new situations, stress, anger management, attention deficit, and relationship issues. Symptoms related to these issues can include feelings of hopelessness, lack of interest in activities that used to bring pleasure, changes in appetite, significant weight gain or loss, difficulty sleeping, excessive worry, irritability, mood swings, and difficulty concentrating.

We use traditional psychotherapy models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method, Trauma Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing in a person-centered approach. We might use may also combine non-traditional methods  in combination with this to encourage progress. Having a wide variety of approaches lets allows us to tailor sessions and meet your specific needs.
